LMHC has been providing mental health services since 1949 in Fergus Falls. LMHC provides services in the office, community, homes, and schools to adults, children, and their families. The office is located at 980 South Tower Road, Fergus Falls, MN 56537.

LMHC’s administrative and business functions of the center are also located at this office.

The staff at the Fergus Falls office specialize in a variety of services for children and adults of all ages.

These services include:

  • Outpatient Services for both Children and Adults. These services include; individual, group or family therapy, psychiatry services and psychological evaluations.
  • Outreach Services for Adults. These services include; case management, rehabilitative mental health services, homeless services and community support services.
  • Outreach Services for Children. These services include; individual and family therapy, case management, day treatment, therapeutic services and supports, life’s skills training and development, and school based mental health services.
  • Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Services.

Emergency mental health services are available during business hours in all LMHC office locations for adults and children. On evenings, weekends and holidays, the Mobile Mental Health Crisis Response team can be reached by calling (800) 223-4512.

Patricia Dumont, MSW, LICSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Clinical Specialties: Patricia Dumont provides telehealth services to individuals 12 years of age and older. Her services includes therapy for individuals, couple and families who are experiencing a variety of behavioral health concerns. Patricia has a passion for serving adolescents. She has strong success with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and uses Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing techniques to move clients toward behavioral goals.
